The Concept
Design and execute a seamless, romantic marriage proposal at the historic Magnolia Plantation and Gardens, immediately followed by a multi-layered post-proposal celebration. The goal was to pair high-end visual documentation with hyper-personalized hospitality touchpoints, capturing the raw emotion of the moment while managing the hidden logistics behind the scenes.
The Strategy
Formulated a discrete operational timeline to guide the future groom through the high-stakes moment without breaking the surprise. The overarching strategy focused on total micro-coordination: mapping out the exact physical location and timing for optimal lighting, managing secret vendor logistics, and blueprinting an extended celebration track that carried the couple smoothly from the gardens to their dinner destination and back home.
The Execution
Acted as the dedicated photographer and videographer on-site, capturing high-quality, candid visual assets embedded directly within the natural Lowcountry landscape.
Coordinated reservations and curated personalized physical touchpoints for celebratory drinks and dinner to keep the momentum going seamlessly after the initial "yes."
Orchestrated a hidden property setup, arranging for gifts, floral arrangements, and custom treats to be waiting at the couple's home for a high-impact, private visual surprise upon their arrival.
The Impact
